As we head into the Cold and wet season, we need to look after ourselves even more.

Which means boosting our immune system.

  • Wash hands regularly with soap and water
  • Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables
  • Limit Alcohol
  • Stop smoking
  • Drink More water
  • Get 6-8 Hours sleep
  • Continue to exercise if not ill
  • Dress warm
  • Rest if you are tired/ill
  • Stay home to not infect others.
  • Take your Vitamins especially Vitamin C
