
As we head into the Cold and wet season, we need to look after ourselves even more.
Which means boosting our immune system.
- Wash hands regularly with soap and water
- Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables
- Limit Alcohol
- Stop smoking
- Drink More water
- Get 6-8 Hours sleep
- Continue to exercise if not ill
- Dress warm
- Rest if you are tired/ill
- Stay home to not infect others.
- Take your Vitamins especially Vitamin C
