At Unique Physique Health, we offer two types of products: digital coaching programs and physical gym equipment. Please review the relevant section below.

Digital Products & Coaching Programs

All coaching programs and digital products are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive access details via email within 24 hours. No physical shipping applies to these products.

Physical Products (Gym Equipment)

We partner with trusted suppliers to bring quality gym equipment directly to your door across South Africa.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Time Delivery within South Africa typically takes 7–21 business days depending on your location and product availability. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

International Shipping We currently ship to South Africa only. For international enquiries, please contact us directly.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update.

Delays & Disruptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control. We will, however, do our best to keep you informed.
